Terms of Trade

These Terms of Trade apply to Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions' contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and any purchase order by Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions is conditional upon the supplier/subcontractor's acceptance of these Terms. The supplier/subcontractor should notify Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions if it does not wish to accept these Terms of Trade.

Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions may amend these Terms from time to time and suppliers/subcontractors should review this site regularly to ensure they have read and understood the current Terms which apply to their contract with Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions. No Terms contained in any supplier invoice, delivery note or other 'like' document issued by the supplier or subcontractor will be of any effect unless they have been confirmed in writing by Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions Limited.
